SHIPPING
We carry a large inventory and most of the orders will be shipped the following working day.
All domestic orders under 80 lbs will be shipped via UPS. A product that exceeds 80 lbs will be shipped via freight (truck). Shipment may take between 4-10 working days to reach it's destination point, depending on zip code(s), cities, state(s), area, etc...
International orders will be shipped the best-way depending on the weight and size. Prior quotation will be provided via e-mail to any destination. For the shipments going outside the U.S., there will be duties and taxes varing from country to country which will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, cashiers checks, payments via PayPal and money orders.
Please Note: We do not accept personal checks and all international Orders MUST be paid by wire transfer or PayPal only. Wire transfer information is available via fax or e-mail should you have any questions. Free Shipping only applies to orders within the continental United States.
Please note: Many accessories do not have free shipping regardless of shipping location.
RETURNS
At Alamia,Inc., your satisfaction is important to us and our return policy is simple:
- All returns will be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase with its original invoice in its original box and MUST BE un-used. There will be NO returns on machines, equipment, etc... that have been filled with gas/oil.
No returns on special orders. A special order is a product, merchandise, equipment, etc. that is not displayed on Alamia web-site.
- All returns MUST be shipped and pre-paid by the customer.
- Merchandise returned to us for any reason MUST have a prior Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, if you send your order back without this (RGA) number, we will not accept your return and it will sent back to you.
Alamia, Inc. will issue a full refund for the price of returned merchandise, less the shipping cost from Alamia and a 15% restock fee, to you; if the return meets these conditions.
Please Note: We will refund shipping costs if it is the result of our error.
- There will be freight charges (going to and coming back) and a 15% restocking fee if order is cancelled after it has been shipped.
Also Note: Customers should open and check merchandise immediately upon receipt of the package(s). If the package(s)arrives damaged, please notify the delivery person immediately. Alamia must be notified of any shortage or damaged merchandise within 2-days from the delivery date
of package(s).
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- There will be no charges made if order is cancelled before it has been shipped.
- There will be freight charges (going to and coming back) and a 15% restocking fee if order is cancelled after it has been shipped.
- All cancelled orders must be called in and a cancellation number will be issued to you. If you happen to cancel over the weekend, leave a message with the message center and your call will be returned the following working day and a cancellation number will be issued to you at that time. Cancellations via fax or e-mail will not be accepted.

ORDERS
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
